The sideways install prompt people fear turns out to be one switch, set once and forgotten.
Amok Casino 38 MB File
Once you tap the download button on the Amok Casino site, a 38 MB file lands in your phone's downloads folder, while a notification bar tracks the progress across.
Allowed Once, Remembered After
Before Android will accept that file, open Settings and allow installs from this one source; the phone asks once, and the setting stays for future updates.
The Final Confirmation Screen
A prompt then appears asking whether to install the app: read the name and version 4.2.1, confirm, and let the phone finish unpacking 38 MB of files.
Use Your Existing Login
When the icon appears, open it and sign in with the email address and password from registration, so the same balance shows on phone and browser.
Download Guide
Where Do You Get the App?
The same 4.2.1 build waits in Google Play for Android and in the App Store for iPhone.
The Amok Casino App
Version 4.2.1 weighs 38 MB and rates 4.6 in both stores. Android needs 8.0 or newer, while iPhone asks for iOS 16 or newer.
Amok Casino treats the iPhone edition exactly as it treats the Android one, same version, same rating.
Which iOS Do You Run?
Inside the App Store, a search for the name brings up the 4.2.1 listing at 38 MB, and the page notes iOS 16 or newer is needed before you tap download.
One Tap and It Is Yours
After the download completes, the icon shows up on your Home Screen; open it once so iOS finishes setting things up in the background.
Add the Web App Instead
Should you prefer no install at all, Safari's share menu holds Add to Home Screen, which pins a 0 MB shortcut that behaves like an app.
Sign In as Before
Your usual email address and password work here, and no new account is needed; one account covers the app, the browser and the web app.
What You Get in the App
Does the App Do More Than the Site?
Amok Casino keeps these four close, so a spare minute is never wasted.
Can I Reach Support in the App?
By the time a question lands, live chat, email and phone are all inside the app around the clock, so nobody waits until morning to ask.
When a Break Feels Right
From the first evening, deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion sit one screen away, all set in the app itself.
Your Cash-Out Night
Mid-game, Apple Pay and Google Pay join Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Jeton and POLi, with withdrawals from NZ$6 and payouts landing in 24 minutes.
How Many Games Are There?
All 4,476 games from 113 providers open in the lobby, and a single scroll takes you from slots to the tables you actually play.
Five Answers
Settle Your App Doubts Here
Amok Casino keeps its answers plain, the same patient way it runs its tables.
accountDo I need a licence to play at Amok Casino?+
No, you never need your own licence; it is the casino that must hold one. Amok Casino LLC runs under the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority, licence ALSI-362085. That pair of details is the one to check before you sign up.
accountWhat happens to my welcome offer when I install the app?+
Nothing changes, because the offer follows your account rather than your device. Sign in to the app with the details you already use and the welcome package is waiting there. It covers the same play whether you open it in the browser or on your phone.
accountWhat if I already have an account in the browser?+
Then you simply sign in with it, since one account serves the app, the browser and the web app alike. There is no second registration to make and no new balance to move across. Each player is allowed a single account, so a duplicate would be closed.
accountDo I need to turn notifications off if they annoy me?+
Only if they bother you, and the switch sits in your phone settings rather than in the app. Turning them off silences the alerts but leaves deposits, withdrawals and the lobby untouched. You can bring them back at any time.
accountWhat if I worry the app costs money to download?+
Nothing is charged for the download itself, on either the Android or the iPhone version. The app simply reaches the same games and payments as the browser. Any spending you choose comes from playing, not from installing.
Fix It Fast
The Evening the Install Refuses
Amok Casino would rather you fix this in a minute than file it away.
Outdated Handset
An older handset falls short of Android 8.0 or iOS 16, and the store simply greys out the button instead of explaining why.
Check the version in Settings
Update the system first
Why Can't I Get In?
A mistyped password or a forgotten one stops the door, and the app will not say which of the two it is.
Request a reset link by email
Try the newest password
Approve the Source Once
A phone set to refuse outside downloads treats the file as a threat, and the install stops on a warning screen you did not expect.
Allow installs from that source
Turn the setting back after
When the New Build Waits
A half-downloaded update leaves the old version in place, so the app opens and still behaves exactly as it did before.
Clear the old app's cache
Restart the phone and retry
